Choc-Kits Greek Yoghurt Ice Cream. Lynne's sister Cathy made this for me the other day and boy I have made and tasted a lot of Ice creams but  Greek Yoghurt ice cream has got to be my best. I have tried adding different ingredients for Yoghurt Ice Cream and was amazed at what you

I asked Cathy if Home Cooking could  share this with you guys and got the go ahead. And to can do .give her credits I have named it Cathy Yoghurt Ice Cream Delight.

As a bonus we here at Home Cooking Haven will share a few Greek Yoghurt Ice Cream with you

                  Ingredients and Method for   
                    Greek Yoghurt Ice Cream

Ingredients

Okey Dokey for this delight you would need the following:

  • 10 Bakers choc-kits classic biscuits chopped into bite sizes.
  • 2 tsps.Coco
  • 350gGreek Yoghurt
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3egg whites
  • 250ml icing sugar
  • 250ml fresh cream

Method

  • In a med size bowl combine the Yoghurt, egg yolk, icing sugar, vanilla essence
  • In a separate bowl beat egg whites till they peak
  • Using another smallish bowl  beat your cream and together fold cream and beaten egg whites into Yoghurt mixture
  • Fold in biscuits
  • Pour all ingredients into  container, place into  and Freeze.
  • Freeze for min 6 hours.


Plating

  • Sprinkle with grated Chocolate.
  • Sprinkle with Instant coffee.
  • Serve with Chrismas cake.
  • Fruit salad.
  • In a ice cream cone.
  • As it is.
