Ingredients

  • ½ fat free yoghurt
  • ½ cup low fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½  celery
  • ½ cup diced apple
  •  ½  cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Onions
  • ½ tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Method

Add to a bowl:

  • Yoghurt, cottage cheese, celery, apple, cranberries, onions, pecans and dijon mustard.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper
